I am impressed with the unadulterated team work. Everyone greets you even when they are busy with another customer or client. It seems like it is a top down operation because I always see Tex himself interacting with his employees and the customers. I overheard him inquiring about a young lady who worked at the Starbucks counter and her new baby. It is not an idle cliche that the “customer comes first.”- What I think Earnhardt Ford needs to improve upon most:
I’m sure there is something but my last 8 to 10 visits (buying two cars) have made me think that virtually all businesses big and small aught to look in on the Earnhardt model.- Additional comments:
As a disclaimer, I have bought other cars in the past from Earnhardt (Odyssey, Quest and two other Fords) I do not remember the personality of the employees being so involved. I live almost thirty miles from Earnhardt Ford and there are least three other Ford dealerships closer, but I will continue to refer my friends to Marcello DiLascio and the Ford team if / when i get the opportunity.
