To Whom it May Concern:
I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of Myron Lyons and the mechanics at San Tan Hyundai. I have used San Tan for my car repairs and have always had excellent service that I can trust.
I recently used a chain brake store when needing new brakes because it was right down the street from where I lived and I experienced dishonesty and unreliable work that ended up causing more problems to my car than I had before getting my brakes repaired.
When I had to return to the brake shop after having continuous issues with my car, Myron and the Hyundai mechanics spent time giving me advice through phone calls and emails so I would not get unnecessary repairs and be ripped off again. They even offered to check the warranty work of the chain brake shop at no charge just to make sure the work was done correctly and my car was safe to drive.
I just wanted to take the time to recognize the efforts of Myron Lyons for going above and beyond to help a customer and ensure the safety of my vehicle. I have definitely learned my lesson and will never bring my car anywhere else other than San Tan Hyundai.
